Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to provide high-quality care to Cardiac/Tele patient populations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cardiac patients, titrating drips, and interpreting telemetry strips.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac and telemetry patients, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
• Titrate and manage titratable drips such as Heparin, Insulin, Nitro, and other cardiac medications.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips accurately, responding promptly to any abnormalities.
• Collaborate with charge nurses and house supervisors to coordinate patient care and unit operations.
• Supervise CNAs and other assistive staff, delegating duties appropriately and ensuring quality care delivery.
• Manage respiratory equipment such as CPAP and BiPAP, and coordinate respiratory treatments with RTs.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with valid state registration.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience on a Cardiac/Telemetry unit.
• Proficiency in titrating drips and interpreting telemetry strips.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts with flexibility for weekend and holiday rotations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
