Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to provide essential clinical and administrative support within healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient patient care and smooth clinic operations through a combination of clinical skills and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and proper sterilization of medical equipment.
• Take and record patient vital signs accurately and efficiently.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures.
• Manage patient intake, update medical records, and handle administrative documentation.
• Schedule appointments, answer patient inquiries, and coordinate follow-up care.
• Adhere to healthcare protocols, safety standards, and confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Medical Assistant (MA) credential.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency in taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, and patient documentation.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be familiar with healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Maintain CPR/BLS certification as required by facility standards.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
