Job Summary:
The Medical Assistant (CMA/MA) provides clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers. This role ensures efficient patient flow and high-quality patient care within a medical facility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen patients and prepare them for examinations by recording medical histories and vital signs.
• Assist providers during patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing insurance information.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of medical instruments and exam rooms.
• Collect specimens and perform basic laboratory tests as directed.
• Educate patients on health management and post-visit care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent certification.
• Hold a valid CMA or MA license or certification.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency in patient assessment and basic procedures.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Ability to adhere to healthcare privacy and safety regulations.
