Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care in an emergency department setting. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts on a 13-week contract, ensuring rapid response to critical cases and supporting staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival to facilitate timely care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Utilize EMR systems to document patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations, including trauma and cardiac events.
• Maintain equipment readiness and adhere to infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of current emergency department experience.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, ENPC, and TNCC mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure scenarios.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with MEDITECH EMR preferred.
