Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitative care in an acute care hospital setting. This role involves working every other weekend to support patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercises.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in acute rehab and acute care hospital environments.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work every other weekend and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain current CPR and basic life support certifications.
• Possess excellent assessment and treatment planning skills.
