Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to patients requiring airway management, ventilator support, and pulmonary care. Operate and monitor respiratory equipment while collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies and medications as prescribed.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain respiratory equipment and devices.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care accordingly.
• Document clinical interventions, patient responses, and progress accurately.
• Comply with all safety protocols and facility policies during clinical procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Ohio RRT license in hand at submission.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an RRT.
• Carry active NBRC certification and BLS certification at the time of application.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and respiratory therapy skills.
• Possess excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Provide two recent references from a supervisor or manager within the past 12 months.
