Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to provide specialized clinical care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The candidate will be responsible for delivering respiratory therapy services, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient response and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation and medical records.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, clinical, and regulatory protocols.
• Complete required modules and certifications timely, including annual updates.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio RRT license required and in hand at submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant respiratory therapy experience.
• NBRC certification and AHA BLS certification active and current.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 or 4x12) and weekends as needed.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.
