Job Summary:


Providing specialized emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting, the RN ER is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services during night shifts. This role demands quick decision-making and excellent clinical skills to handle urgent and complex situations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency treatments and interventions to stabilize patients.
  
• Assess patient conditions rapidly and accurately to determine priorities.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
• Document patient information and treatment details thoroughly and promptly.
  
• Monitor patient status continuously and adjust care as needed.
  
• Educate patients and families about treatment procedures and post-discharge care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of emergency department nursing experience.
  
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to work efficiently during night shifts and handle high-stress situations.
  
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
