Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse with experience in conscious sedation to provide high-quality perioperative care. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting and possess required certifications to ensure patient safety and effective surgical support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer conscious sedation and monitor patient vitals during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical team to prepare and maintain a sterile environment.
• Document clinical care accurately using Epic electronic health records.
• Maintain compliance with all necessary certifications and licensing requirements.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and manage intraoperative emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state nursing license and current certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and SCA.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent operating room experience, with eye surgery experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrate Epic charting experience and familiarity with intraoperative documentation.
• Be able to commit to a 5x8 day shift schedule with no scheduling restrictions.
• Be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing and meet all travel and compliance requirements.
