Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced OR RN Nurse Lead for a busy Trauma Center. The role involves overseeing surgical operations, ensuring patient safety, and coordinating staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise surgical staff during operative procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage daily schedule rotations and accommodate changing start times.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of acute care experience.
• Possess ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate supervisory skills or previous leadership experience.
• Have a Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
