Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing coverage in a tele float pool setting during night shifts. Ensure seamless patient care across multiple departments by adapting to varying clinical environments.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient statuses in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document clinical interventions accurately within electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
• Comply with all safety and procedural protocols to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license and meet state licensing requirements.
• Possess AHA BLS certification and recent experience in a specialty clinical setting.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work night shifts in a float pool environment.
• Show proficiency in clinical assessments, medication administration, and patient documentation.
• Have the ability to quickly adapt to different healthcare departments and patient populations.
