Job Summary:
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures using specialized nuclear medicine equipment. They collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality images that assist in diagnosis and therapeutic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment.
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring proper patient positioning and safety.
• Process and transmit images to PACS for interpretation.
• Support radiologists by assisting during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient data.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain equipment calibration.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, ARRT, or NMTCB certification required.
• Possess at least one year of clinical nuclear medicine experience.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Graduate from an accredited JRCNMT or CAMRT nuclear medicine program.
• Maintain valid BCLS certification.
• Exhibit proficient computer skills.
