Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Labor and Delivery. The RN will provide vital patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume obstetrics unit, ensuring safety and comfort for mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor fetal and maternal vital signs to assess patient status.
• Perform obstetric procedures including SVD, cerclages, and C-sections.
• Utilize advanced fetal monitoring equipment such as Novii, JADA, and IUPC.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record system.
• Respond effectively to obstetric emergencies and provide immediate patient support.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Demonstrate proficiency with fetal monitoring, ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
• Possess SVE competency and C-section circulation experience.
• Experience working in a Level IV high-volume obstetric unit preferred.
• Skilled in internal monitor placement and obstetric procedures.
