Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing care across pediatric to geriatric populations. The candidate will utilize clinical expertise to deliver comprehensive therapy services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for diverse patient populations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans, utilizing Altera or similar charting systems.
• Complete required lab work within 72 hours of acceptance or coordinate completion prior to start date.
• Comply with travel regulations, including Tier 2 travel compliance and local radius limitations.
• Adhere to facility policies, including mandatory drug screening and certification verification.
• Support patient-centered care, ensuring safety and therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Hold current NBCOT certification and TX state occupational therapy license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in pediatric, adult, or geriatric therapy.
• Be BLS certified with the ability to provide documentation in submission.
• Demonstrate flexibility with travel and availability within specified local radius parameters.
• Maintain compliance with drug screening policies, avoiding substances like CBD products prior to arrival.
• Experience with Altera charting preferred, but not required.
