Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment specializing in critical care and hospital environments. The candidate will provide advanced speech therapy services to patients, including those requiring critical care intervention, on rotating weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in hospital patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy interventions accordingly.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services during scheduled shifts, including weekends.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Have at least 2 years of hospital and critical care experience.
• Possess former HCA experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in a hospital setting.
• Be capable of working rotating weekend shifts.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
