Job Summary:
Provide specialized speech-language pathology services to diverse patient populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's condition.
• Conduct modified barium swallow studies and monitor progress throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and discharge planning.
• Document patient assessments, treatment progress, and clinical notes accurately.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and safety protocols, including CPR certification.

Qualifications:

• Hold or be eligible for licensure to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Possess current CPR certification.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a clinical service line, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Demonstrate experience with modified barium swallow studies and documentation.
• Be willing to submit to drug screening and meet local travel compliance requirements.
• Provide valid license and certification verification upon submission.
