Job Summary:
Provide supportive therapeutic interventions under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and pain management. Focus on delivering treatment plans through exercises, manual therapy, and gait training.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises, massage, and gait and balance training.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Report patient outcomes and treatment effectiveness to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Texas or Compact State license as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Possess at least 2 years of verified PTA experience.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comply with licensing and certification requirements of the state.
