The Charge Capture Associate is responsible for accurately entering outpatient charges into the billing system, ensuring precise revenue cycle processing. They review and analyze charge master activities, supporting the financial integrity of the billing process. This role requires attention to detail and strong data entry skills to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Enter outpatient charges accurately into the billing system.
• Review, analyze, and coordinate charge master activities to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Perform complex functions related to revenue cycle operations, supporting billing and collections.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines while completing routine assignments within defined parameters.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and optimize charge capture processes.

Qualifications:

• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate experience in charge capture, revenue cycle, or medical billing.
• Exhibit strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work under supervision.
• Show familiarity with billing systems and outpatient charge processes.
