Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for acute care settings. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and be available for first-time travel assignments in New Mexico.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement customized treatment plans for adult patients in acute care settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate patient recovery and discharge planning.
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with facility protocols.
• Float to different units as needed, providing consistent care across departments.
• Complete required modules onsite during orientation to ensure understanding of facility procedures.
• Attend labs within 48 hours of contract signing to ensure compliance and preparedness.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid New Mexico license (pending acceptable, with ETA of 3 weeks).
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Be willing to travel within a 50-mile radius; local candidates preferred if not currently licensed.
• Commit to the shift schedule of days, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Obtain required fingerprinting and pass travel compliance requirements.
