Job Summary:

Provide expert physical therapy services to patients, helping them improve mobility and recovery. Ensure high-quality patient care within a hospital or clinic setting, adhering to established clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions and therapeutic exercises.
• Document patient progress accurately and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, safety, and health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid PT license, CPR certification, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent ICU or specialty unit experience.
• Meet the specific licensing requirements for your state or country, obtained on or after January 2016 or equivalent.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Be willing to work day shifts with a weekend rotation every third weekend.
