Job Summary:
Provide specialized education and training to nursing staff and students to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Support ongoing professional development programs and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive educational programs for nursing staff and students.
• Assess training needs and update curricula accordingly.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation of training accomplishments and compliance records.
• Stay current with healthcare regulations and best practices to incorporate into educational content.

Qualifications:

• Hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN, ADN) from an accredited program.
• Possess at least two years of Med/Surg nursing experience.
• Maintain a valid New York State RN License with primary source verification.
• Have current AHA BLS certification.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
