Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 5-week assignment. Candidates must demonstrate strong telemetry experience to effectively manage mixed MS/Tele units during day shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient nursing care to patients on medical-surgical and telemetry units.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and health management.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and active BLS certification.
• Solid telemetry experience in a hospital setting.
• Proven ability to handle mixed MS/Tele patient populations.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work day shifts independently and efficiently.
