Job Summary:
Provide surgical nursing care during scheduled shifts, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes. Assist surgical teams before, during, and after procedures, adhering to clinical standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver perioperative nursing care for surgical patients.
• Assist with setting up and sterilizing surgical instruments and environment.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to changes during procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Document patient information and procedures accurately.
• Respond to call requirements and provide on-call support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current nursing license with surgical or perioperative specialization.
• Possess at least one year of surgical nursing experience.
• Be flexible to work 8-hour shifts, including rotating schedules.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge of surgical procedures.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
