Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in a Stepdown, IMC, or PCU setting. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and adherence to unit protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient progress using Cerner EMR system.
• Perform advanced procedures such as trach care, chest tube management, and wound dressing changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license and at least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in trach care, chest tubes, and wound management.
• Experience working with the Cerner EMR system is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and rotating shifts.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic clinical environment.
