Job Summary:
Provide urgent and compassionate nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting. Manage a high volume of diverse cases, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate prompt and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on condition management and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and emergency protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Have at least 2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills.
• Be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently and professionally.
