Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the GI Lab team, providing specialized patient care in a Level I Trauma Center. This role involves supporting endoscopic and gastrointestinal procedures while adhering to strict hospital and travel compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient assessments and prepare patients for GI procedures.
• Assist physicians during endoscopies and related interventions.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Document procedures, patient responses, and clinical findings accurately.
• Adhere to compliance standards including NLC guidelines and facility policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the state or a valid compact license.
• Have 2+ years of recent RN experience, preferably in a Level I Trauma or acute care setting.
• Possess recent GI or Endoscopy nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner or similar EMR systems.
• Include a valid driver’s license with submission documentation.
• Adhere to mandatory vaccination and certification requirements, such as BLS.
