Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, focusing on rehabilitation and functional improvement. Deliver evidence-based interventions and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document clinical findings and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Comply with all licensing, certification, and facility policies to ensure safe practice.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active PT license in the state of practice.
• Possess BLS certification.
• Demonstrate experience with Cerner and Epic electronic health record systems.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Ability to work effective in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
