Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant experience to provide specialized patient care in a pediatric hospital setting. The role involves working night shifts and may include floating to related units and locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy, medications, and treatments to pediatric Hem/Onc and BMT patients.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR system.
• Float to General Pediatrics, PICU, NICU, and sister campus units when required.
• Ensure compliance with nicotine-free campus policies and travel requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current GA or Compact State nursing license in hand at the time of submittal.
• Possess a valid BLS and PALS certification (AHA only).
• Demonstrate minimum experience in Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant.
• Submit current APHON certification with profile.
• Be able to pass med pass/fail test with a second assessment; failure results in canceled assignment.
• BSN degree preferred but not mandatory.
