Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurses are responsible for providing comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. They support patient recovery, deliver procedural information, and ensure safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.

Responsibilities:

• Administer preoperative preparations and monitor patients intraoperatively.
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams in the execution of procedures.
• Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Document patient status and surgical details accurately.
• Educate patients on post-operative care and expected outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) license with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with NCCT certification.
• Possess current CPR certification.
• Show effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Have a clean professional background with no active disciplinary issues.
