Job Summary:
Provides occupational therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists. Supports rehabilitation goals through implementing treatment plans and ensuring patient comfort and progress.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapeutic activities to improve patient function and independence.
• Monitor patient responses and document progress accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to coordinate care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) credential and valid state licensure.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a healthcare team.
• Have prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Show strong documentation and patient care skills.
