Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to patients in a skilled nursing facility. The therapist will create and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and enhance mobility.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state-issued Physical Therapist license.

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred.
