Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide high-quality critical care during night shifts. The candidate will be integral in managing intensive patient needs while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and adjusting treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and in timely accordance with facility policies.
• Float to other similar units as required, ensuring seamless patient care continuity.
• Complete onsite modules and transcripts during orientation within designated hours.
• Comply with all travel and licensing requirements, including timely lab submissions and requisite licenses.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid New Mexico nursing license prior to start date.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
• Demonstrate ability to work 4x12 hour night shifts.
• Be willing to float to comparable units within scope of practice.
• Exhibit excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Pass all travel compliance and background checks, including fingerprinting.
