Job Summary:

Seeking experienced surgical professionals for evening shifts within a reputable healthcare system. Candidates must possess permanent Ohio licenses and meet specific certification and experience requirements to qualify.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical duties in accordance with departmental protocols and safety standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Complete required modules and certification renewals prior to start dates.
• Adhere to travel compliance protocols, including submission of valid references and background checks.
• Maintain active, current licenses and certifications, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• Follow facility policies regarding nicotine use and face covering exemptions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a permanent Ohio license in nursing or surgical technology with compact licenses accepted for 2023 starts.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent experience in the specialty applying for.
• Provide at least one manager, supervisor, or director reference in the relevant field.
• For RNFA/CSFA positions, include one supervisor or physician reference.
• Maintain current certifications with no pending items; actively pass assessments required during orientation.
• Complete BCI/FBI background checks within 48 hours of contract signing.
