Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Surgical professionals for night shift assignments within a healthcare system. Candidates must possess a valid Ohio license and meet all compliance requirements for travel and permanent roles.

Responsibilities:

• Review and adhere to travel compliance protocols, including submission of interview availability and documentation.
• Obtain and maintain active state licensure, ensuring all certifications are current and compliant.
• Complete required assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate, with acceptable scores.
• Complete facility-specific onboarding modules, fingerprinting, and badging prior to start date.
• Follow strict policies on drug screens, background checks, and infection control, including nicotine-free requirements.
• Maintain professional communication regarding scheduling, RTO, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Ohio nursing license or compact license valid for travel starts from 01/01/23 onward.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in surgical specialties.
• Demonstrate active certifications with no pending status.
• Provide a verifiable reference from a supervisor, manager, or director in the relevant specialty.
• For RNFA/CSFA roles, include one reference from a supervisor or physician.
• Comply with all facility-specific health and safety requirements, including drug testing.
