Job Summary:
Provide specialized perioperative nursing care to surgical patients during procedures in the operating room. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes through comprehensive clinical support and effective team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions preoperatively and develop individualized care plans.
• Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments for procedures.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses throughout surgeries.
• Maintain strict sterile techniques and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members.
• Document perioperative care accurately and thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid OR state nursing license.
• Possess BLS certification.
• Have prior experience working as an OR RN.
• Demonstrate knowledge of sterile procedures and surgical instrumentation.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
