Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care in a critical access facility. The RN will manage acutely ill patients with diverse diagnoses and procedures, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to patients following physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs, reporting significant changes promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Assist with patient mobility and procedures using appropriate equipment.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and complete in the electronic health record system.
• Adhere to infection control policies and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with current state registration.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in SNF, LTC, LTAC, or Home Health settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic EHR (1-year preferred).
• Possess valid BLS certification.
• Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with boosters not required.
• Ability to float within scope as needed and work night shifts.
