Job Summary:

The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) provides essential daily care to residents, ensuring their safety, health, and comfort in a skilled nursing environment. This role supports residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs) and collaborates with nursing staff to maintain high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, and grooming.
• Answer call lights promptly to address resident needs.
• Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse promptly.
• Obtain vital signs, weights, and other clinical information as needed.
• Document care activities accurately in resident records.
• Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Must maintain current CNA certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Possess at least one year of related experience preferred.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
