Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for an 8-week contract focused on EPIC conversion. The role involves providing exceptional physical therapy services within a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Document patient progress and update records using EPIC and Cerner systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements, including maintaining valid licensure and certifications.
• Assist in the EPIC and Cerner conversion processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possess 1-2 years of related clinical experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Have experience with EPIC and Cerner electronic health record systems.
• Maintain current AHA BLS certification.
• Possess a valid California driver’s license if travel is required.
