Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and possess relevant certifications, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations including OB, abdominal, DVT, carotids, breast, and pediatric studies.
• Conduct invasive procedures such as thoracentesis and paracentesis.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure image quality meets clinical standards.
• Document findings accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EPIC preferred).
• Adhere to safety protocols and patient care standards during procedures.
• Maintain certification requirements and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least one year of ultrasound experience in a community hospital or outpatient setting.
• Hold ARDMS certification in Abdominal, OB, Breast, or Peds ultrasound.
• Have a current BLS certification.
• Must have a NY state license in hand prior to submission.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using EPIC and managing multiple modules.
• Capable of performing basic vascular and invasive procedures.
