Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU RN for a travel assignment in Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intensive care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to adapt to various shift schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to ICU patients, including monitoring and managing complex medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float to related critical care and step-down units as needed, ensuring continuous quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress.
• Adhere to all safety, sterilization, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Hawaii RN license prior to starting the assignment.
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and Hawaii-specific licensure.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Meditech electronic health record system.
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including on-call hours, with the ability to float between units.
• Maintain professional appearance in scrubs and adhere to dress code standards.
