Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care for patients in the ICU, ER, and PACU settings. May require floating to other units to support patient needs and assist with various clinical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill patients in ER, ICU, and PACU.
• Assist with patient transport and provide sitters as needed.
• Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Participate in rapid response and code blue teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support expediting functions across different floors and assist with patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in applicable state.
• Demonstrate ER, ICU, and PACU experience.
• Proven ability to work 12-hour evening and night shifts reliably.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to float to other nursing units.
