Job Summary:
Provide specialized inpatient physical therapy services to enhance patient recovery and mobility. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and create personalized therapy plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions in inpatient hospital settings.
• Document patient progress accurately within electronic health records.
• Collaborate with medical staff to adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care coordination.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of inpatient therapy experience.
• Possess current BLSTrauma certification.
• Be able to float within scope to satisfy facility needs.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to work the scheduled shift, Monday through Friday, with weekend requirements.
