Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient therapy services. The ideal candidate will deliver specialized care across various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and home health, to enhance patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine appropriate occupational therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapy services for orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes.

Qualifications:

-Hold a valid occupational therapist license in the state.

• Possess a degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Demonstrate experience in outpatient and inpatient therapy settings.
• Have knowledge of therapeutic techniques including pelvic health, dry needling, and neurological rehabilitation.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
