Job Summary:
The Pharmacist will oversee daily operations within the outpatient pharmacy, providing medication management and direct patient care services. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services across diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, staffing, and workflow to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy staff including technicians, aides, and billers.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy standards, policies, and safety regulations.
• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on proper medication use and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all pharmacy activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited institution or a Bachelor of Pharmacy with at least 3 years of experience.
• Possess a current, unrestricted pharmacy license in a U.S. state or territory.
• Maintain BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Have a minimum of three years’ experience as a registered pharmacist.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
