Job Description

Job Summary:
The Pharmacist is responsible for providing comprehensive medication management services at the main campus and satellite clinics. This role ensures the safe, effective, and efficient use of medications across diverse patient populations, including neonatal to geriatric and specialty patients, in accordance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications accurately while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and modify medication therapy regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Lead and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants, to maintain high standards of service.
  • Administer and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
  • Serve as Clinic Manager of Operations, providing both technical and administrative oversight of pharmacy services at designated clinics.
  • Participate in clinical pharmacy services, including specialized clinics and ongoing clinical program development.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Possess a current, valid pharmacy license in the United States.
  • Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Have at least two years of experience as a licensed Registered Pharmacist, with one year in a clinical pharmacy setting.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
