Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Pharmacist to assist with an 8-week EPIC system conversion project. The role involves working night shifts, requiring clinical expertise and proficiency with electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication therapy and provide clinical pharmacy services within an inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate medication management.
• Utilize Cerner and Epic systems to document and manage patient medication records accurately.
• Comply with licensing requirements and maintain adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.
• Participate in system orientation and training sessions scheduled prior to the project start date.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent.
• Possess valid CA pharmacist license.
• Demonstrate a minimum of one year of technical pharmacy experience.
• Be proficient with Epic and Cerner electronic health record systems.
• Have inpatient clinical pharmacy experience and recent Epic system experience within the past 12 months.
