Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Pharmacist for an 8-week EPIC system conversion project. The role involves working evening shifts with no RTO restrictions, requiring proficiency in both Epic and Cerner systems. The candidate must be able to start by August 24, 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication dispensing and review prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate Epic and Cerner software integration during the conversion process.
• Perform system data validation and troubleshooting to support a smooth transition to Epic.
• Maintain detailed documentation and report issues to project leadership promptly.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California Pharmacist license.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months of recent Epic experience within the last 12 months.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner and Epic healthcare IT systems.
• Be able to start by August 24, 2026, with orientation dates on August 3rd or 17th.
• Be capable of working scheduled hours without RTO restrictions.
