Job Summary:
Seeking qualified LVN/LPN candidates for a Progressive Care Unit assignment specializing in Medical Surgical care. The role involves floating across multiple campuses and providing high-quality nursing support under flexible conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit, including Medical Surgical and High Risk Respiratory/Covid units.
• Float between assigned campuses and specialty units as needed, supporting various nursing teams.
• Pass an online EKG tele-competency assessment prior to starting the assignment.
• Complete required lab work and examinations, including EKG/Dysrhythmia tests, within specified timeframes before contract start.
• Work 3x12 night shifts, with availability every other weekend and holiday.
• Adhere to institutional policies regarding shift cancellations and floating protocols.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active RN license in any state, with the ability to obtain a temporary license if needed (processing time 5-10 days).
• Certification: Demonstrate competency in EKG interpretation through an assessment prior to assignment.
• Experience: Prior clinical experience in Medical Surgical or Progressive Care settings preferred.
• Certification/Testing: Ability to complete required lab work and online exams within 72 hours of contract signing.
• Flexibility to float across campuses and support different units as needed.
