Job Summary:
Inpatient Physical Therapist responsible for providing specialized rehabilitative care to patients in a hospital-based setting. Will facilitate recovery and enhance patient mobility through evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote functional recovery.
• Document patient progress accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License.
• Possess at least 1 year of outpatient or inpatient therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Epic or similar electronic charting systems.
• Be BLS certified and maintain current certification throughout the assignment.
• Meet all local and facility-specific compliance requirements.
