Job Summary:
Implement and deliver physical therapy services across multiple locations to help patients improve mobility and recover from injuries or illnesses. Ensure compliance with treatment plans and support patient-centered care through effective therapy programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote healing.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care across different sites.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Adapt therapy approaches based on patient responses and clinical evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state licensure as a Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate experience in outpatient or inpatient physical therapy settings.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Be adaptable to work across multiple clinic locations.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
